Acquisition
Jessops plc, the UK's number one specialist photographic retailer, announces
that it has acquired the business and business assets of three camera stores
from the Midlands-based company That Camera Place Limited.
The total consideration for the acquisition is #75,000 plus the value of stock
on completion, which will be satisfied in cash.
The three stores - situated in Abingdon, Bicester and Evesham - will be undergo
a refit to the new spacemix standard and bring the total number of Jessops
stores to 288.
