LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Acertec Plc. said it has appointed Jonathan
Cook as its new finance director, effective May 1, replacing Rod Holdsworth, who
has held the postion on an interim basis since November 2007, Acertec said.
Cook was finance director of Wyko Holdings Ltd. before he took a planned
career sabbatical in 2006, the company added.
