TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES - REPLACEMENT of the announcement made on the 10th July 2015 under RNS number 7356S

Acencia Debt Strategies Limited announces that on the 9(th) July 2015 it acquired 127,945 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Shares") for cancellation at an average price of 1.63 US dollars per share, representing a 6.98% discount to the USD net asset value per share as at 31(st) May 2015.

Accordingly, once these shares have been cancelled the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 54,737,415 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
