LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Access Intelligence PLC reported a full year
swing to a loss on both operating and pretax level, but said it remains
optimistic about its overall growth potential.
The software company said pretax loss for the year to end-Nov 2007 was
478,000 stg compared to a profit of 246,000 a year ago, while operating loss was
5,000 from a profit of 560,000.
Turnover was up 11 pct to 4.07 mln stg.
However, the company was upbeat on its future prospects.
"We have begun the new financial year in line with our expectations. Having
strengthened our sales and marketing management in key areas, we are optimistic
about the group's overall growth potential," said chairman Jeremy Harner.
"We have justifiable reasons to believe we can rebuild our profitability
during 2008," he added.
