LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Software company Access Intelligence PLC said
David Alderson, who is the managing director of its financial services
compliance unit MS2M Ltd, bought 918,086 shares at 3.25 pence each.
Following this transaction, Alderson holds 8.41 mln shares or 7.7 pct of the
company's issued share capital.
At 8.08 am, shares in the company were up 19.05 pct at 3 pence per share.
