Access Intelligence has received notification from Hawk Investments Holdings Limited, that it subscribed for 6,666,667 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the recently announced subscription to raise GBP3.03 million.

Following this subscription, Hawk Investments Holdings Limited now holds a notifiable interest of 9,566,667 ordinary shares, equivalent to 3.47 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
