NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) - Acacia Research Corp. said Thursday its
Contacts Synchronization Corp. unit agreed to a settlment with AT&T Corp. for
its part in the patent infringement lawsuit filed in the Western District of
Wisconsin in May of this year.
Financial terms and other details of the settlement agreement weren't
disclosed.
