On 27 March 2015, Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust PLC bought
back 20,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of
455.44 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are
20,636,073 Ordinary shares, with voting rights, in issue. The share
buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
