Abengoa, Ghesa form strategic alliance for renewable projects

MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Abengoa SA engineering arm Abener Energia has
created a new unit Abener Ghenova as part of a strategic alliance with Ghesa
Andalucia, Cinco Dias reported, citing the companies.
Abengoa said the unit will provide basic engineering services for Abengoa's
solar and biocombustible energy projects and may also offer its services to
external clients in the future.
Abengoa said it sought the alliance after doubling its renewable energy
portfolio over the past three years.
