On 18 January 2018, Mr Straume exercised options over 1,063
shares under the AVEVA Group Senior Employee Restricted Share Plan
2015 at an exercise price of 3(5) /(9) pence per share. He sold 502
shares at a price of GBP28.21 per share in order to fund the
exercise cost and the resulting tax and national insurance
liabilities, and retained the remaining 561 ordinary shares.
Following this, Mr Straume owns 561 ordinary shares and holds
