Subscription Rights Reminder
28 August 2015

The Board of the Company announces that it has posted a letter and reminder notice to shareholders concerning their right to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares on 1 October 2015 on the basis of one new Ordinary Share for every five Ordinary Shares held. 

Details of the Subscription Price, the process to be followed and the deadline for applications are set out in the Subscription Right notice.

Copies have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
