Further to the announcement released by the Company on
30 June 2016 in respect of the
31 May 2016 share conversion, the
Company wishes to advise of a correction to the total number of
Sterling shares in issue announced from 2,584,788 to 2,584,560.
All other details regarding the 31 May
2016 share conversion remain unchanged.
