Notice of General Meeting Requisition

ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH" or the "Company") announces that it received on 24 December 2014 a requisition from Cielo Overseas Limited, an associate of PAG Holdings Limited (the "Proposing Shareholder") requiring the Company to call a general meeting ("GM"). The Proposing Shareholder is seeking to requisition a GM to consider ordinary resolutions to appoint three new directors and to remove Helen Wong, Steve Feniger, and Tian-Cho Chu as directors of the Company. The Company is currently considering this request and a further announcement shall be made in due course.
