ARC Capital Holdings Limited ("ARCH" or the "Company") (AIM:
ARCH), the closed-end investment company, announces that Mr Cosimo
Borrelli has, by a resolution of the Board, been removed as a
director of ARCH with immediate effect. The Board's consultant,
Borrelli Walsh Limited, has also tendered its resignation,
effective as of 15 April 2015. The Board will update the Company's
shareholders on the future management of the Company in due
course.
