Change of Adviser

ARC Capital Holdings Limited (ARCH:LON) announces that it has been notified by Grant Thornton UK LLP of its resignation as Nominated Adviser effective 15 September 2015.

The Company's ordinary shares are currently suspended from trading on AIM pending the publication of its audited annual financial results for the year ended 31 December 2014.

The Company is required to announce, pursuant to AIM Rule 1, that if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed by 15 September 2015 then the Company will continue to be suspended for a further month at which time the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.

The Company will make a further announcement concerning both the publication of its 2014 annual report and its search for a replacement Nominated Adviser in due course.
