Contracts Update

APC Technology Group PLC (AIM:APC), the provider of technologies and services to improve organisational sustainability and the specialist distributor of electronic components, is pleased to announce that the refocused Minimise Solutions business has generated a notable contract extension and won a significant new client to EEVS, the energy savings verification company that was acquired in 2015.

Long standing client Royal Mail Group plc ("RMG") has extended the scope of its contract with the Group to include critical asset monitoring and an upgraded energy management system. Having already helped to achieve significant energy savings on the RMG's largest energy consumption sites, the Group has also received an order for an energy audit and the installation of lighting controls for the first five of the next phase of smaller sites across the RMG's more than 1,000 other properties. While the initial phase of this contract is significant to Minimise Solutions, the scale of the opportunity across this large property estate is even more so.

The Group's market-leading energy measurement and verification EEVS team has also been awarded a prestigious contract by the NHS Sustainable Development Unit, researching carbon abatement projects for the health and social care sectors, and has also recently won similar contracts for NHS clients in Lincolnshire and Worcestershire.

Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

The Group announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 was posted to shareholders yesterday and is available on the Group's website: www.apc-plc.co.uk/investors/apc-financial-reports.

The Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held on Thursday 25 February 2016 at 12 noon at the offices of Cantor Fitzgerald Europe, One Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London E14 5RB.
