AGM STATEMENT
At the company's AGM to be held this morning, the Chairman will be making the
following statement:
"In the Annual Report of 30 April 2007, I referred to the group's strong cash
balance and our intention to use it to grow the company organically or by other
means. That remains our objective.
"I also reported that sales prospects for the first half of the current year
were unexciting, but that the group was in good shape to move forward.
"The group's trading performance for the first half year will be weak,
reflecting the long lead times between prospecting, securing and fulfilling new
contracts. I am pleased to announce, however, that our management team has been
successful in winning a number of new accounts, where the benefits will come
through in future periods."
