AGA Rangemaster Group plc (the "Company"), confirms in accordance with Listing
Rule 9.6.11 that Paul Jackson has retired from the Board following the
conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

Paul served as a non-executive director of the Company for nine years and
chaired the Remuneration Committee. Bob Ivell has been appointed chairman of
the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

valuable contributions to the Group and in particular his assistance with a
number of our brand and marketing initiatives. We have very much enjoyed
