LONDON (Thomson Financial) - AECI Ltd said chief executive Schalk
Engelbrecht has agreed to remain on the board in a non-executive capacity after
his retirement on March 1. As previously announced, Graham Edwards is to succeed
Engelbrecht as CEO.
