LONDON (Thomson Financial) - South Africa-incorporated AECI Ltd. said its
executive director and chief financial officer Roger Williams will resign from
his position before year-end, for personal reasons.
The timing of Williams' departure is dependent on a number of factors,
including the appointment of a successor, the company said.
