MIGDAL HA'EMEK, Israel, December 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ACS Motion Control Ltd., (NASDAQ:ACSEFNASDAQ:-NASDAQ:news), a developer and manufacturer of advanced motion control products, today announced changes to its management team which will further the Company's goal of growth by business development and organic growth.
The new management organization includes the following changes: Mr. Ze'ev Kirshenboim, will replace Mr. Jacob Engel as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Kirshenboim will function as Active Chairman of the Board, and will focus his efforts mainly on business development.
Mr. Dror Marom, the company's COO, was promoted to CEO of the company.
Mr. Neal Kearny recently joined the Company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Nitzan Kaplan, Manager of Operations, was promoted to Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Evan Reed, Managing Director of the Company's United States office, was promoted to Vice President.

Mr. Dror Marom (41) the company's COO in the last four years, joined ACS in 2001 as Product Marketing Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in August 2002 and to Chief Operating Officer in October 2002.
Mr. Neal Kearney, (56), a welcome new addition to the management team, possesses more than 25 years of experience in automation and motion control industries.
Mr. Niztan Kaplan (36), joined ACS in February, 2006 as Manager of Operations, and recently assumed the additional responsibility of managing the engineering department. Niztan possesses extensive managerial experience in similar positions in the electronics and semiconductor industries.
Mr. Evan Reed (35), joined the Company's Minnesota office in 2000 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2002. Evan is responsible for the North American operations.
