LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ACP Mezzanine Ltd. said non-executive director
Eric Youngblood has bought 82,500 shares in the company at 0.75 euros a share.
Youngblood now holds 384,000 shares in the company, representing about 0.38
percent of its issued share capital, the close-ended investment company said.
