The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 28 June 2016 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 168.96p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 177.16p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 149.58p
The market value of investments was GBP297.9m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP103.9m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP194.0m.
