7IM first Fund of Funds to invest in Munro Fund

The Munro Fund, the low cost, passive dividend tracker fund managed by
Fundamental Tracker Investment Management Ltd, (FTIM), has received its first
investment from a Fund of Funds. 7IM, one of the largest investors in passives
in the retail market, has invested an initial GBP100,000, or c.5% of the fund's
current value, in the Glasgow-based fund, managed by Robert Davies.

Robert Davies, Managing Director of FTIM and Fund Manager to the Munro Fund
said:

"Munro is the UK's first Fundamental Tracker Fund. It is pleasing that the
prestigious 7IM team shares our belief in the benefits of low cost passive
investing using a fundamental tracking strategy. In practical terms it creates
a tracker fund with a value bias. This helps portfolio diversification and its
low volatility reduces risk.

"During a period of staffing uncertainty being experienced by some fund
managers, our investors can be reassured that they are investing in a process
not a person".

Justin Urquhart-Stewart, Director and Co-founder at 7IM said:

"At 7IM we are always looking for innovative ideas that help diversification and
reduce risk. We are pleased to be able to make this initial investment now that
this unique concept has a three year track record".

Notes to Editors:

Launched in September 2007, the S&W Munro UK Fund is a fully authorised OEIC run
by Fundamental Tracker Investment Management Ltd (FTIM) and uses a unique
tightly defined fundamental tracking process. The Fund seeks to deliver the
total return of the FTSE 350 index through its unique process of creating a

The way that forecast dividends are used to create and manage the portfolio is
described in detail at www.themunrofund.com

FTIM was formed in 2006 to exploit the benefits of applying the principles of

Robert Davies, the founder and Managing Director of FTIM and Fund Manager to the
Munro Fund, worked as a professional geologist in Antarctica and Australia

opportunities exist and yet conventional funding is not available.
