3i Group plc announces that it has made market purchases of a
total of EUR17,948,000 of the 3i Group plc 5.625% Notes due 17
March 2017. The purchased Notes will be cancelled.
Following cancellation there will remain EUR313,192,000 Notes
outstanding.
