Worldwide PLC said that it will hold an EGM on August 23 to discuss and pass a
resolution to change the name of the company to Environmental Recycling
Technologies PLC.
The EGM will also consider whether the capital of the company can be
increased from 7.5 mln to 10 mln through the creation of 100 mln shares of 0.025
stg each, the company said.
It added that it will also discuss resolutions giving the company's
directors the general and unconditional authority to allot securities, apart
from other powers.
