LONDON (Thomson Financial) - 2waytraffic N.V. said 2JS Productions B.V. has
received valid acceptances of about 98.9 million 2waytraffic shares, or 75.7
percent of the existing issued share capital of 2waytraffic, regarding its all
cash offer for 2waytraffic.
Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc's unit 2JS Productions also purchased 9.35
million shares on April 1.
On March 13, 2waytraffic recommended a 108 pence per share cash offer from
2JS.
