Thought you might appreciate this info.
Came across this from a very knowledgeable practitioner in Thailand. It's his suggestion for treating for treating Meniere's Syndrome but applies as it's directed against herpes virus.
12/16/2009: Ted from Bangkok, Thailand writes: "Meniere's Disease:
This is the simplest possible cure for this condition. You should see a dramatic reduction in tinnitus, dizziness, vomiting in a matter of days. The cause is a virus, likely to be a herpes viruses. The condition attacks the area and when you first have it, you know when it started. The remedy to get most of the viruses killed is to take 1000 mg of vitamin C, followed by a 55 minute doses and take 1200 mg of lysine for a total of 6 doses on the first day. On the second day it's 1200 mg of lysine at 55 minute dose interval for a total of 4 doses. The third and fourth day is the same. To make sure it's completely gone, you try to take at least 1200 mg of lysine dose twice a day for the next 30 days, or longer. The point is, the very first week usually 90% is gone on the first week. The lysine is kept up at a fairly high level. For the more tougher cases, an aspirin 500 mg can be added along with the vitamin C on before starting on the daily doses of lysine. That means vitamin C 1000 mg plus aspirin 500 mg before starting the 6 doses of lysine on first day, 4 doses on second day, 4 doses on the third day, 4 doses on the fourth day. It's a four day remedy that usually kills most of the herpes out of the system. If it isn't out, the attacks will be far and between, instead of getting more frequent attacks with each coming year, until it becomes very debilitating. I managed to see a couple of cures, from this Meniere's disease. If there are tougher ones, there is alpha lipoic acid, zinc and alkalization to deal with it, as well as lemon bioflavonoid, piracetam, and the like. But it's likely to be lysine, vitamin C and aspirin in that order. I am presently investigating alpha lipoic acid in such use, but since herpes always goes away before I get a chance to start it, I haven't yet a chance to try it yet.
Thereafter the one month, I think a maintenace dose of just 1200 mg lysine should prevent most future attacks. If not increasing the dose to just twice a day should be sufficient."

ENZO Retail Business Model
The recent third quarter financial report demonstrates Mr. Yih’s long term vision: mine-to-markets business model for maximizing profit margin. Mr. Yih is LJ International’s founder, Chairman, and CEO of the company.
According to the mine-to-markets model, the key is expanding the retail business. The ENZO store count is 124 currently, and will increase to 140 by the end of this year and 200 by the end of year 2011. The ENZO Division will be expanded to 1,000 stores afterwards and is financed through a planned IPO in Hong Kong in 2012 – 2013. The ENZO IPO valuation in Hong Kong will be at least $300 million.
ENZO average annual revenue per store is estimated about $700K in 2010, $805K in 2011, and $925K in 2012. The retail revenue will reach $1 billion milestone when the store count increases to 1,000 in 2013-2015, while the gross profit will be over 50% of retail revenues (or over $500 million) since its retail gross profit was 51% of retail revenues in 3Q 2010. JADE’s market valuation could be about $2 billion to $3 billion then.
To reach 1,000 stores, LJ International mainly uses the fund raised from Hong Kong IPO to buy other retail companies, as it is actively identifying and searching for the target companies in China.
JADE Valuation
Using our model, the estimated revenue and EPS in 2010 are $139,002 million and $0.42 (excluding one-time gain of $0.06), which are 26% and 180% increases from $110,523 million and $0.15 in 2009 respectively. The estimated revenue and EPS in 2011 are $181,753 million and $0.87, which are 31% and 107% increases from 2010 respectively. The estimated revenue and EPS in 2012 are $245.130 million and $1.40, which are 35% and 61% increases from 2011 respectively.
JADE market valuation will growth from current under $130 million to over $400 million in 2011, and over $1 billion after 2012 by considering that ENZO’s PE multiple in Hong Kong will be around 30 - 35 and that LJ International is a majority share-holder of ENZO business. JADE will reach multi-billions in 2013-2015 in parallel with ENZO’s success in China market.
JADE Target Price:
$7.00 in 2010 as the store count increases to 140 and PE=14.5;
$14.00 in 2011 as the store count increases to 200 and PE=16;
$25.00 in 2012 as it benefits from the planned Hong Kong IPO and PE=18;
$30-$50 in 2013-2015 as it benefits from 1,000 store count.

Lawsuits are typical of volatile market times. Look at stocks like BBND, LLNW, JSDA, etc. Anytime investors lose 50% or more, a bunch of lawsuits come out. Vultures surrounding what they perceive as a carcass.
You can argue, well what of their unreported numbers, possible delisting, fraud, bad communication, etc.? Well, you can say that even of such major companies like Dell, Marvell Tech, BEA Systems, etc. Maybe not fraud, but that has not been proven of JADE either. And bad communication, try Intel who came out horns blazing about the economy and their numbers 6 weeks ago and is now getting downgraded because of their order numbers, margins, and competition.
I do have to say, there were alot of lawsuits very quickly on this case, but that actually lends to their credibility as a company that could actually pay up. Companies like CXTI no one even bothers with because they are so questionable.
Not that this is the ideal situation to be holding JADE, but I think the risk/reward is VERY, VERY GOOD.
