$36.05 per share, and the warrant
share multiplier has been increased to 1.0180 from 1.0160,
effective as of May 19, 2016.
These adjustments resulted from the payment of a dividend on the
common stock of Zions in the amount of $0.06 per share paid on May 26, 2016, which is in excess of the dividend
threshold amount of $0.01 per share
per quarter in the terms of the warrants, and a trailing 10-day
average price of Zions' common stock prior to the ex-dividend date
