On April 12, 2016, John C. Erickson, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Zions Bancorporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will be accepting an offer of employment with another financial institution that conflicts with his ability to continue serving on the Board. As a result, Mr. Erickson tendered his resignation from the Board and its Committees effective on such date. Mr. Erickson’s decision is based on the requirements of his new position and is not a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Board or the Company.
