LONDON--Advertising giant WPP PLC (WPP.LN) said Monday its wholly-owned operating company Mirum is buying 3Ti Solutions Inc in China for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 2005, the company's services span digital business strategy consulting, product design and development, software and mobile app development, WPP said.
