LONDON-- WPP PLC (WPP.LN) Friday said, without disclosing financial details, that its strategic communications and public relations company Burson-Marsteller has bought a minority stake in its Kenyan affiliate, Engage Burson-Marsteller.

Shares at 0904 GMT, up 14 pence, or 0.8%, at 1,737 pence valuing the company at GBP22.25 billion.
