LONDON-- U.K. advertising giant WPP PLC (WPP.LN) Tuesday said it bought Promotion Execution Partners, LLC, a US project management and procurement company that oversees shopper marketing promotions, without disclosing financial details.

Shares at 1604 GMT, up 8 pence, or 0.5%, at 1,714 pence valuing the company at GBP21.9 billion.
