of Allen Singer as Director of
Operations.
A 20 year seasoned marketing operations executive with 15 years
focused in healthcare, Allen has a proven track record of creating
operational efficiencies and change management. He joins
Sudler from Zenith Optimedia, where he led the operational process,
workflow, design, and implementation across three agencies,
resulting in changes that improved quality controls and process
efficiencies.
Allen's prior experience included SVP, Director of Digital
Operations at Grey Healthcare Group with oversight of operational
efficiencies, P&L responsibility of five service groups,
project management, budget management, recruiting, team leadership
and development, with results that produced high client review
scores.
Reporting to Allen is VP, Associate Director of Project
Management, Gloria Ariza-Greve, and
VP, Associate Director of Operational Standards, Katie Lombardo. These newly appointed
roles provide cross-functional collaboration in not only how the
agency approaches projects but also expands across how the company
behaves overall.
