LONDON--Advertising giant WPP PLC (WPP.LN) said Wednesday its wholly-owned operating company Grey Healthcare Group has bought a minority interest in OptimizeRx Corp., an electronic distributor of sample vouchers and co-pay discount coupons through electronic healthcare records and e-prescription.

No financial details of the acquisition were disclosed.
