LONDON--Advertising giant WPP PLC (WPP.LN) said Tuesday it is buying a minority stake in Swedish internet TV service, FlowNetwork, for an undisclosed sum.

FlowNetwork, a new Swedish over-the-top television service, delivers its programs via the internet supplying Sweden's regional newspapers with technology and content.

WPP's digital revenues, including associates, were $6.9 billion in 2014, representing 36% of the group's total revenue. WPP has set a target of 40%-45% of revenue to be derived from digital in the next five years.
