On November 24, 2014, the Board of Directors of Wilshire Bancorp, Inc. approved a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable on January 15, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2014.  A press release announcing the cash dividend payment was issued on December 1, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

Wilshire Bancorp Declares $0.05 Cash Dividend

 

LOS ANGELES (December 1, 2014) – Wilshire Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: WIBC), the parent company of Wilshire Bank, announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share.  The dividend will be paid to all stockholders of record as of December 31, 2014, payable on January 15, 2015.
