It seems like the big 3 contract vehicles are about the get active. No way of knowing whether TCS will benefit but they certainly expect to based upon last conference call.

DISA CS2 $2.6b ceiling: TCS = satellite services/contracted bandwidth.

DHS Eagle II $22b ceiling: TCS one of prime vendors for unrestricted track one. Focus is IT services/software and maintenance

Army GTACS $10b ceiling: TCS believes they will be getting some solid Tropo systems awards.

For all these govt contracts, the 3rd calendar quarter is heaviest but with the 2-3 yrs of sequestration and no govt budget that may no longer hold true.

Making a comeback and should be growing the next few weeks.

Not Telecomsys whose call symbol is TSYS. Netspend was acquired 2 yrs ago by a financial entity TSYS whose call symbol is TSS. Very confusing.

They bought Netspend?

The slowdown in government spending was in 2009,if then.New budget passed and TSYS is primed.Commercial side has been very busy.

Have to look hard for a more impressive array of products,patents and services than TSYS.

not sure I understand your question. OTC stocks when they run and are profitable will eventually uplist to nasdaq or other exchanges. this was just a sale of shares to raise money.

they sell at a cheap price to raise the money they need to fund their research and development real fast. these companies don't make money yet, so they have to sell shares to keep the lights on. the last time they did this was july of this year. will post the chart and you can see were it goes. it's a two or three month hold or a 2 or 3 week hold, you never know. its sister company is INO will post that chart too. they use the same technology as ONCS. Been trading this one for about a year now and IMO its on the bottom or real close.

the OTC is a scary world, but it can be a lot of fun also

I read the two posts but am not sure I understand the point. Par value means nothing with respect to fmv. Selling to institutional investors at .25 with a kicker of warrant rights does set a market value that needs to be factored in by all investors. I don't trade OTC penny stocks so I could easily be missing something.

So...how does this work? They IPO on an exchange and then dump the OTC? I don't understand how this works.

the public offering was for institutional buyers. but on the OTC people run for the door when they see a low price on their stock

Good for you. I put limit in at $2.45 after fed minutes but no one bought. Seems bullish as price was $2.46 but no one wanted to hit my bid. Argues that no shorts wanted action and no longs were looking to exit. GL

Time to watch TSYS and the S&P. 50 day MA test. If both supports hold, TSYS looks like a buying opp.

I was given short term guidance of $3 and long term $6. This will be a solid stock for a while.

Nice trade. I only sold 1/2 and am a buyer at these levels. Overall I wasn't too surprised by call. They usually disappoint and no orders yet for major contracts which are needed to rebuild backlog.
