Hey Bagignoae, sorry I couldn't reply yesterday. Voting deadline is tomorrow. But I believe it has to be received by that date not just postmarked. I can't remember if there is a way to vote online. I've done everything through the mail.

I got another big packet of papers over the weekend. I've been too busy to thoroughly read through them all, and to be honest I don't always understand everything. This was my first stock being in before the BK. I usually traded the BK news bounce. Never happened with THQ. I also never wanted THQ to go BK (hence why I entered prior to BK news).

But onward... it seems like THQ is trying to dismiss all claims.

After a long quiet period I've gotten some more materials from THQI.

There is a new proposed plan for the Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation of THQ. The hearing is set for July 16, 2013 at 10:30AM (Eastern time).

The disclosure Statement and the Proposed Plan may be obtained through http://kccllc.net/thq. I received a CD with the proposed plan, but have not had the time to review it yet.

Voting deadline is July 2, 2013 at 5:00 PM (Pacific time)

Looking at the ballot There are 4 items. Item 2 and 3 seem to be the most important. Item 2 is For or Against the Proposed Plan. and Item 3 is an optional Class Election.

Class Election. You can elect to have your Convenience Claim (Class 4) to be treated as a Class 5 General Unsecured Claim. Differences being: If you are owed less than $10,000 you will be treated as the Holder of a Class 4 Claim and will receive a distribution of 30% of your Allowed Claim. If you are owed more than $10,000 you will be treated as the Holder of a Class 5 General Unsecured Claim and will receive a pro rata share of all cash available for distribution after priority claims and secured claims are paid. The Debtors cannot definitively predict what distributions you will receive, primarily because many claims are disputed and the amount each creditor will receive will depend on multiple factors, including aggregate amount of all claims that are ultimately allowed. The Debtors best estimate is that General Unsecured Creditors will receive between (a) 31.5% and 51.9% of their Allowed Claims if the Claims filed by the Debtor's European subsidiaries in the aggregate amount of almost $108 million are disallowed or subordinated or (b) 19.9% and 29.6% if those Claims Claims are Allowed and not subordinated.

Off hand I will probably approve the plan and not elect to be treated as a General Unsecured Claim. Let me know if you feel otherwise. Hope it comes to an end soon. All the best.

The only potential left here is the potential to lose all of your money. Stay away from THQIQ. I lost several thousands with this POS. just as many of you others have. I've learned a lot. Stay away from this one.

What chart are you reading? THQIQ is dead. Are you just trying to drum up some action? Going to the casino is a better bet than getting in now.

No way should anyone touch THQIQ with a ten foot pole. This is dead and gone. I'm only around because I was here before the BK. Anyone new is asking for pain.

I got my confirmation today of my claim being received. I think the deadline is close or up. Hope everyone got their claims in.

I feel the pain. Don't know if we will recover anything - and it will probably be awhile before we know. I'll keep the board updated with any paperwork I receive

I filed the claims papers that I received maybe a month ago. Last week I received papers for executive something claim and it didn't seem to apply to shareholders. Am I wrong about this? Sorry I don't know the names of the documents, I don't have them with me.

But it seemed the executive claim was more about services rendered like attorney's working the BK and such. Hopefully I am following this correctly.

Let me know your take. Thanks for the reply. I would have thought more people would be talking about it. Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't know - this is my first time. Usually I buy after the BK anouncement and play the bounce. Works like a charm for me. I was hoping THQ wouldn't hit BK and was betting on a comeback.

i got the papers too. is there something i'm suppose to do with it? and does anyone know how do i file this loss for tax return? i have an accountant, but i'm not sure if this will show up on the year end 1099.

Will go lower... there is nothing left for shareholders - they robbed us! To bring in the bid from clearlake at lower than parts of THQI sold for is pathetic, to give clearlake a million dollar breakup fee is pathetic. This seems like it was an inside job to rob the shareholders of theirs - that's the way the whole market is going! You have little ups, but that's usually short lived and by the time you can sell looking at a loss!
