Nonetheless I'd like to see a channel establish. The length of the channel is the height of the objective upon breakout. That's what I am waiting on.

If there is an actual retrace Soapy...it will be slight IMO..all systems on the chart still appear strong...if we can get the FEDS to quit bickering and establish a more solid monetary policy that will help with the continuing up swing for TAYC.

Hello Misty..hope all is well with you... from my DD I see this as a steady play and with the right moves by them it could see the teens again by the end of Q 3.

Share structure is in tack and there has no been as Soap said much dilution over the past several months. They have done a nice job of cleaning up the losses and its looking good.

Hey Soapy...I am into the 10 Q filed for March 31 2011 and it appears that the turn around they began in earnest in Mid 2010 has begun to pay off... losses have been pared down and new additional business is looking good.

I am particularly pleased to see the commitment made by the management and the investors for the $25,000,000. No concerns with the fact that the preferred can and have been converted to commons...makes no sense for them to dump any commons at this stage... lots more reading to do...but so far its looking real promising.
