SPLS Staples, Inc.

Staples Inc. (SPLS) and RadioShack Corp. (RSH) are ending their participation in Amazon.com Inc.'s (AMZN) Amazon Locker program, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday.

Demos Parneros, Staples president of North American stores and online, told Bloomberg the program "didn't meet the criteria we set up together." A RadioShack spokeswoman said the partnership didn't fit the company's strategy, Bloomberg reported.

The report said an Amazon spokeswoman didn't respond to a request for comment.
