Other Events
.
On October 20, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved an increase to the Company’s share repurchase program. The press release also announced the Board’s declaration of a cash dividend of $0.14 per share of common stock payable on November 18, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 9, 2016. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.
