RADCOM Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM), a leading provider of

(CSPs), announced the closing of its previously announced
underwritten public offering of 2,090,909 ordinary shares,
including shares issued pursuant to the underwriters'
over-allotment option, at an offering price of $11.00 per share. Gross proceeds from
the offering including from the exercise of the over-allotment
option amount to $23 million, before
underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering
expenses.
In connection with the offering, William
Blair & Company, L.L.C. acted as the sole book-running
manager and Needham & Company, LLC acted as the lead
manager.
This offering was made pursuant to an effective "shelf"
registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-210448) declared
effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on
May 4, 2016.
