Hungary's OTP Bank, State Gas Storage Facility Signs EUR114 Million Loan Deal

BUDAPEST--Hungary's largest bank by capital OTP Nyrt. (OTP.BU)
signed a refinancing loan deal with gas storage facility MMBF
Foldgaztarolo Zrt. worth 114 million euros ($155 million) and 60
billion forint ($200 million), OTP announced Wednesday.
The Hungarian state recently bought a 51% stake in the gas
storage facility MMBF from Hungarian oil and gas firm MOL Nyrt.
The refinancing loan deal was signed in December and has a
seven-year timespan.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, ING Bank
NV, MKB Bank Zrt. and Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. are also lenders in the
deal.
