Realtors® (NAR) and Move, Inc. (Move) announced today that
they reached agreement over the use of top level domains outside of
the United States.
Accordingly, the complaint filed by NAR with the Chancery Court
in Delaware on November 10, 2014 seeking clarification on this
matter has been dismissed. Move's acquisition by News Corp
(NASDAQ: NWS, NWSA; ASX: NWS, NWSLV) was completed on November 14, 2014.
The terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Nothing related
to this matter involved or affects the operation of realtor.com®,
which Move operates through an exclusive relationship with
NAR. Realtor.com® is the most accurate real estate property
website in the marketplace.
