Nasdaq Completes Acquisition of International Securities Exchange

Nasdaq (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced the completion of its
acquisition of International Securities Exchange, an operator of
three electronic options exchanges, from Deutsche Börse
Group.
Nasdaq entered into an agreement to acquire International
Securities Exchange on March 9, 2016. The acquisition will
improve efficiencies for clients, expand the company’s technology
offerings and create more opportunities to innovate within the
equity options industry.
