Nasdaq (Nasdaq:NDAQ) announced that trading of Virtu Financial,
Inc. (Nasdaq:VIRT) commenced on The Nasdaq Stock Market on April
16, 2015.
Virtu is a technology-enabled market maker and liquidity
provider to the global financial markets. Virtu provides quotations
to buyers and sellers in more than 11,000 securities and other
financial instruments on more than 225 exchanges, markets and
liquidity pools in 34 countries. Virtu's corporate headquarters is
