PARIS--French construction-to-broadcast conglomerate Bouygues SA
(EN.FR) Monday said it has secured a contract worth 360 million
euros ($488 million) to build a luxury six-star hotel in Macau,
China, for Melco Crown Entertainment Ltd. (6883.HK).
The 39-floor hotel, which will be part of the City of Dreams
entertainment complex, will comprise 783 bedrooms, a casino,
restaurants, conference room and a sky pool, the company said.
The works are under way and are scheduled to last for more than
three years.
Bouygues's construction unit is increasingly expanding in Asia.
It has already signed contracts in Hong Kong, China and
Singapore.
