LONDON--Daisy Group PLC (DAY.LN), a provider of business communication and IT services, said Monday that it has entered into a five year framework agreement to provide third party professional services and engineering support to Virgin Media, part of Liberty Global.

MAIN FACTS:

-Daisy will work with Virgin Media to provide services into its Enterprise customer base through project-based consultancy and professional services support.

-Daisy Group PLC shares at 0930 GMT traded down 2 pence, or 0.9%, at 175.0 pence, valuing the company at GBP467.2 million.
