On May 28, 2015, Lamar Advertising Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.69 per share payable on June 30, 2015 to holders of record of the Company’s Class A common stock and Class B common stock on June 16, 2015. Lamar Advertising Company Announces

Cash Dividend on Common Stock

Baton Rouge, LA – May 28, 2015 – Lamar Advertising Company (Nasdaq: LAMR), a leading owner and operator of outdoor advertising and logo sign displays, announces that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.69 per share payable on June 30, 2015 to stockholders of record of Lamar’s Class A common stock and Class B common stock on June 16, 2015. Lamar expects aggregate quarterly distributions to stockholders in 2015, including the dividend payable on June 30, 2015 and the $0.68 per share dividend previously paid on March 31, 2015, will total $2.75 per common share.
